My name is Jane, welcome to my page.
Life as a business owner or manager can be very stressful and a lot of work, which is why my goal is to help you reduce your workload! This means you can have more time to focus on higher value tasks or even to work less and enjoy more time with family and friends.
I have many years experience providing high level administrative support to businesses including Ricardo, Edwards Vacuum and Harwoods.
Specialising in Event & Travel Planning, I am highly organised and meticulous in everything I do.
My key strengths include: the ability to research, plan and book complex travel – especially multi-destination trips which require extensive knowledge of global visa requirements and I work hard to ensure budgets are met. I always take a consistent & logical approach to any task and seek to add value wherever possible.
I provide excellent customer service, working with teams and individuals to drive goals forward. With extensive experience in event management having worked for both large & small organisations I can organise corporate or social events of any size using imagination and flair. An expert at managing a busy team’s schedule, including diaries, travel & expenses whilst ensuring accurate & timely submissions are made.
More recently I have been supporting the property and lettings industry, providing administrative support to one of my clients businesses, liaising with their tenants and contractors and also managing their social media pages to promote the business and their properties.
In my personal time I enjoy running along the scenic shoreline routes of the sunny seaside town of Gosport, where I live with my partner. I have a passion for dogs and have a German Shepherd puppy called Hunter.
I also dedicate 1 night a week to a national charity helping people who call the help line as I believe we should all aim to give something back to society.
